The Future Is Now

How do you meet the performance requirements of the current business—one that is still thriving—while dramatically reinventing it?
How do you foresee a change in your current model before a crisis forces you to abandon it?

The Three-Box Solution: A Framework for Making Innovation Happen

Strategy and innovation expert Vijay "VG" Govindarajan expands the leader’s tool kit with a simple and proven method for allocating the organization’s energy, time, and resources. This framework for innovation is called the Three-Box Solution.

Three faces of a cube with past, present and future printed on a face each. Past: Selectively forget the past. Let go of values and practices that fuel the current business but fail the new ones. Present: Manage the present. Optimize the current business. Future: Create the future. Invent a new business or business model
